Delivery Within Australia
We offer FREE standard Australian delivery when you spend $95 or more in one transaction. Standard delivery on orders under $95 is a flat rate of AUD$12.00.
We also offer Express domestic shipping at $16.95. Simply select Express Shipping from the drop-down menu during the checkout process.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days and will be delivered to your preferred address, Monday - Friday, during normal business hours.
Tracking & Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details and instructions for how to track your order.
Standard delivery times are in line with the following.
- ACT: 2-5 business days
- NSW: 2-5 business days
- NT: 3-7 business days
- QLD: 3-7 business days
- SA: 2-5 business days
- TAS: 2-5 business days
- VIC: 1-3 business days
- WA: 3-7 business days
Allow up to 10 business days for rural deliveries.
If you order using Express, the delivery time frames are shorter than standard.
Please note that these are estimates and carriers services will endeavor to meet these on all occasions; however, allow up to 10 business days for all deliveries.
Due to seasonal and Public Holidays such as Easter and Christmas, delivery times may vary from normal, so please allow extra time during these peak periods.
Pick Up
Pure Scents products are not available for pickup; however, we do have a network of retail stockists if you prefer to shop in-store. Find your nearest stockists here
