This is a natural handmade product and as such consistencies across batches may vary. Products may melt or harden due to weather conditions and appear grainy in texture - this is perfectly normal and won't affect performance. We don’t use any chemical hardeners, preservatives, or liquefiers in our deodorant which means that it can melt in extreme temperatures or go hard in cold climates. The good news is, all you need to do is gently remelt the deodorant by placing the tub in a sink of hot (not boiling) water just halfway up the side of the tub and then once it has softened or melted, give it a good mix and place it into the fridge to reset quickly. The deodorant then returns to its original state.
